$5,266.95 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Restoration of Railing Cap

 $378.00 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Deck maintenance (For Reference)

$1,370.85 includes pressure wash, acid wash, restaining in matching translucent. This should be done every 18-36 months depending on exposure. This includes materials and labor.

Total job$5,644.95. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
