$4,501.99 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of trex enhance or similar grade decking using hidden fasteners and solid with top screws on outer edge, installation of new 6 x 6 posts and black powder coated steel railing with collar bracket to match front.  This includes materials and labor. 

Extension

$6,924.94  includes removal of existing outer rim joist and facing on 15 feet of deck perimeter. 2 x 10 joists 16", new rim joist, extension with posts and concrete mount on slab, facing, trex enhance composite, decking, 12 feet extra railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $11,727.06  This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
