Deck Restoration

530 square feet of redwood 2 x 6 decking to be sanded and stained. 

$3.25 per square foot = $1722.50 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above,board by board inspection (replacement at additional linear foot price) tightening loose boards,  mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse,
stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Stairs re-build 

$250.00 includes new treads, wrap on stairs.  This includes labor and materials. 

Facing

$225.00 includes new board to make facing consistent, painting of all vertical surfaces around deck. This includes labor and materials. 

Free 33 feet redwood board replacement upon acceptance of quote (along seam edges in deck). 

Total bid: $2197.50 This includes labor and materials. 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
