Replace Decks

$9,446.03 includes removal and disposal of existing decking and wooden support structure, cleaning and inspection of membrane and drainage system, installation of new pressure treated joists bevelled with slope of membrane for level deck surface. Installation of new composite decking in Trex Enhance or similar. This includes materials and labor.

Shade structure with bench seating

$1500-$4,500.00 includes installation of basic wood and steel trellis or pergola structure with built in bench over deck. Retractable or fixed canvas. This is a rough estimate pending concept and design.

Fireplace

$6500-$10,000.00 includes installation of fireplace with dry stack stone work with top ledge. Subject to change based on design. Includes gas line installation, burner, lava or glass beads, striker.

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Mid range: Trex Enhance, Timbertech evolutions terrain
High end: Trex Transcend

Total job: TBD + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
