New deck:

$5,555.20 includes installation of new deck approximately 8 x 9 using pressure treated framing, galvanized hardware, reinforced concrete footings. Decking to be Cumaru 1 x 6 decking with stainless torque screws countersunk. Decking to be pre stained on bottom and buffed and stained on top. This includes materials and labor.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job $5,555.20 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
