Railing

$8,905.88 includes removal and disposal of existing horizontal log railings, installation of 5" peeled horizontal log, installation of all stainless cable railing using turnbuckle connectors. Staining of existing vertical columns in log oil or semi solid stain. (log oil add $240.00). This includes materials and labor.

Restoration 

$2,416.67 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Repair

$569.50 includes bracing of lower stairs, removal of existing lower slab, installation of new larger reinforced concrete slap to support staircase. This includes materials and labor.

Total job $11,892.05. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
