Replace decking main deck:

$5,056.80  Includes removal and disposal of existing decking, minor sub structural work, installation of new redwood decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sanded, acid washed and stained in your choice of tint on top surface after installation. Deck boards face attached with deck screws and countersunk. This includes labor and materials.

Replace decking and structure walkway:

$2,738.40 includes removal and disposal of existing walkway, sub structural replacement using pressure treated lumber and galvanized hardware, installation of new redwood decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sanded, acid washed and stained in your choice of tint on top surface after installation. Deck boards face attached and countersunk. This includes labor and materials.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job $7,795.20. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
