480 square feet @ $29.50 = $14,160.00 includes new posts and piers, pressure treated sub structure, installation of redwood 2 x 6 stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint or to match existing. This includes labor and materials. 

Stairs Redwood and spiral steel options: 

Redwood stairs $4500.00 includes redwood staircase with landing from top deck to lower deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Spiral stairs: $6500.00 includes installation of powder coated spiral stairs from upper deck to lower with either landing or through existing upper deck to lower deck. 

Planters 

$75.00-$115.00 per foot depending on design.
