Bid for: 2554 Daybreaker

New stairs 

 $11,597.83 Replace all stairs including railing, stringers, new bottom concrete slab and timber posts. Replace treads. Installation of top landing extension with matching Trex Enhance decking. Stain to match existing as closely as possible. This includes demo and removal of existing stairs and railing. This includes materials and labor.  This is pending final engineering with 15 x 5" GLB stringers and cantilever off existing footings (assuming no additional footings needed). 

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job  $11,597.83 + actual engineering and permitting cost as needed. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
