Restoration (lower deck only)

$1,549.67 includes prestaining board sides with dark brown solid stain. Mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Rail cap (lower deck only)

$1,603.29 includes installation of tigerwood 2 x 8 rail cap with vertical 1 x 2 to cover existing steel horizontal top cap. Installed using plugs. This includes upper and lower decks. This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $3,152.96   This includes labor and materials. 

Maintenance on decks every 18-24 months = $859.00 includes pressure wash, acid wash, restain and wipe. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
