$1200.00 includes jacking everything back up level, cutting out the rotted portion of the 4 x 4, dowling into the existing footing with rebar, Installation of elevated 4 x 4 post base, cap existing footing with concrete. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $1200.00  

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
