Tear out of existing deck 

$485.00 includes removal and disposal of existing deck. 

Total decking to be installed approximately 510 square feet. 

Materials

Redwood materials $11.34 per square foot = $5783.40 includes redwood 2 x 6 deck boards, coated decking screws, top fasteners, stain and stain prep materials, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck.

Labor: 

$15.91 per square foot = $8114.10 includes construction of deck including stairs, footings, framing, decking, finishing. 

2 feet stairs 

$1440.00 includes construction of stair along outer edge of deck, side and deck to deck stairs. This includes labor and material including decking. 

Permitting and design fee $500.00 includes drafting, assembling paperwork for permit, pulling permit. Does not include actual permit fee or engineering. Engineering should be $300, approx. $250 for the permit. 

Total bid: $16322.50 includes labor and materials. 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
