Approximately 100 square feet of decking $425.00 includes full mechanical sanding to remove all or existing paint, buff, pressure wash, acid wash, fastener tightening countersinking, stain in translucent deck stain. This includes labor and materials. 

Maintenance on all decks 

1289 square feet redwood decking including main, bedroom, side walkway and stairs

$1.25 per square foot= $1611.25 includes pressure wash, acid wash, staining and wipe in same stain as on current deck. This includes materials and labor.
