Option 

$3.65 per square foot = $6753.50. This includes countersinking screws, tightening loose boards, full mechanical sanding to remove all of stain or paint and buff weathered wood (not total removal), oxalic acid wash and using a translucent stain to match existing color or in your choice of tint.

Option 2: 

$.85 per square foot =$11766.30  pressure wash to clean, recoating in log oil to match existing tint. 

Total job: TBD This includes labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
