Remove decking

Install new decking
$5,245.20 includes installation of new decking using hidden fasteners. Includes labor only. Does not include substructural repairs.
Repairs/modifications
$1,384.21 includes fix step on front of house, repair sagging section near hot tub, extension of corner piece per consultation. This includes labor only. Does not includes any required subtstructural repair needed for decking.
New railing
$14,420.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, fabrication and installation of new custom steel railing with powder coat. This includes materials and labor.
Stairs
$2,076.32 includes installation of new stairs on lower deck approximately 12' wide with 2 steps. This includes labor only.
Smaller stairs
$1,384.15 includes installation of new stairs on lower deck approximately 6' wide with 2 steps. This includes labor only.
Replace beam
$1,384.15 includes removal and disposal of existing rotted beam on lower deck, painting and installation of new beam. This includes labor only.
Replace 4 x 4's
$4,152.45 includes removal and disposal of existing 4x4 joists on upper deck, painting and installation of new 4 x 4s. This includes labor only.

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
