This includes countersinking trim screws, tightening loose boards, buff sanding to remove flaking stain or paint and buff weathered wood (not total removal), oxalic acid wash and using a semi-transparent or semi-solid stain to match existing color or in your choice of tint.

Rail staining 

127.5' railing structure @ $16.00 per foot = $2,040.00 includes alkaline stripping , staining to match including facing beam, timber posts and timber railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Staircase

$610 includes replacing bottom tread, and alkaline stripping and staining treads to match railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $3793.30 This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck $525.30 includes pressure wash, restain and wipe after 12 months and then again every 24 months to  preserve your deck. This will eliminate your deck from turning grey

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
