$2.10 per square foot = $777.00 includes  1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Stairs 

$880.00 includes installation of staircase using pressure treated stringer, existing Ipe stair treads and concrete footer. 

Fence

$2,500 Fence finished and stained in your tint of choice, sprayed and brushed on. . 

Total job: $4,157.00 includes materials and labor. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin drafting process.
