Replace deck
$23,766.95 includes removal and disposal of existing deck and structure, installation of new pressure treated framing, galvanized hardware built to engineering specifications. Installation of bamboo composite decking. This includes materials and labor.
Hardwood bench
$3,631.96 includes installation of hardwood bench using tropical hardwood and stainless trim head stainless screws. This is pending final design based on 20' bench concept.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Total job: $27,398.91+ actual engineering and permit cost if applicable.
We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
