Restoration

$1,726.25 includes mechanical sanding of 445 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Stairs

$357.00 includes same restoration process as deck for current stairs. This includes material and labor. 

Painting Underside of deck

$1,256.04 includes scrape, pressure wash, paint underside of deck in solid color stain to match existing or darker brown. This includes materials and labor.

Railing, Deck Facing, Support Columns and Pergola Structure

$3,606.12 includes wire brush, pressure wash, semi solid stain with custom tint brushed on. This includes materials and labor.

Log Replacement

$819.00 includes replacing rotted log supporting deck.  This includes materials and labor. 

$7,764.41 for total job.This includes labor and materials. 

Maintenance on deck after 12 then every 18-24 months $1434.05

We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work does not include any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical.
