$125.00 per foot = $4750.00 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, installation of new timber railng with same dimensions with semitransparent or stain to match existing. This includes materials and labor. 

New cedar facing $225.00 includes removal and disposal of existing cedar facing on deck, installation of new cedar facing. 

Total job: $4975.00 This includes labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.  (paid)
