$3.65 per square foot = $803.91. This includes countersinking trim screws, tightening loose boards, buff sanding to remove flaking stain or paint and buff weathered wood (not total removal), oxalic acid wash and using a semi-transparent or semi-solid stain to match existing color or in your choice of tint.

Rail staining 

30' railing structure @ $18.00 per foot = $540.00 includes pressure wash, staining to match including facing beam, timber posts and timber railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Under side of deck 

$650.00 includes prep and staining of underside of deck this includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $1993.91 This includes labor and material. 

Maintenance on deck $775.00 includes pressure wash, re-stain and wipe after 12 months and then again every 24 months to  preserve your deck. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
