Total decking to be installed approximately 198 square feet. 

$7336.00 includes ipe deck boards, stainless trim head decking screws with countersink,stain and stain prior to installation, buff sand and stain top surface. Radius outer edge with step.  Ipe vertical skirt and sirers. Substructure with pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck. This includes labor and materials. 

Stairs 

$1250.00 includes construction of staircase using treated lumber, small concrete landing pad or footers, ipe treads and risers.  and landing to lower level on north side of house.  This includes labor and material including decking. This includes labor and materials. 

Maintenance on back deck 288 square feet @ $1.85 per square foot = $532.80 includes pressure wash,, acid wash, staining and wiping. 

Total bid: $9118.80 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
