New membrane on existing 220 square feet. Membrane is failing in area where electrical light box is located requires installation of new membrane and removal and repair of light box. 

New membrane: 

$3320.00  includes preparation of sub-floor,  installation of new  membrane color is Agate 60 dura deck flashed under siding, heat welded Dura dek in your choice of color glued on to existing membrane. Minor repairs and glue on existing membrane. This includes materials and labor. 

Light box  repair

$600.00 includes installation of plywood, framing as needed, and thin set in holes for light box, prior to installation of membrane. This includes material and labor. 

Total job $3920.00

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
