Materials

$7,374.05 includes purchase and delivery of all materials for deck construction. 2 x 8 pressure treated joists, galvanized hangers, 2  x 10 outer beam and ledger, 6 x 6 through post with sleeve, fortress black rail panels, trex enhance decking with hidden fasteners, facing. Composite post sleeves and caps. Concrete and post bracket. 

Labor: 

$7,610.00 includes installation of footings along outer edge of deck, installation of ledger, framing, installation of decking and railing on stairs and deck. 

Total bid: $14,984.05

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
