Restoration of Deck
$2,056.67 includes mechanical sanding of 501 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent. This includes materials and labor.
Restoration of Bench
$247.00 includes staining of existing 31 feet of bench stained to your choice of tint and color to restore and match deck. This includes materials and labor.
Building Stairs off Deck to grade with railing
$1,136.00 includes engineered footings and pressure treated framing, steps from the deck to grade. New redwood prestained and acid washed and sanded and stained in your choice of tint to match existing restored deck. Railing to go from existing deck to grade along left side of stairs for safety purposes. This includes materials and labor.
$3,439.67 for total job. This includes labor and materials.
We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 20% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
*Unless previously specified, our scope of work does not include any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical.
**Change orders request must be submitted by client in writing or verbally and agreed to in writing before change order work can commence. Charge per lost time and/or re work for change orders may apply due to materials taking time to ship and the labor to execute said change order.
