Bench 

Hardwood bench feet @ $175.0o per foot = $2450.00 

Construction of ipe bench with back and top cap on back. This includes labor and materials. 

Overhead pergola 

$2315.00 includes installation and staining of rough sawn timber frame pergola over bench and kitchen. This includes labor and materials

Pizza oven

$6950.oo includes installation of pad, Fireplace with wood fired pizza oven. Add $450 for mosaic tile surface depicted in photo example. 

Outdoor kitchen 

$6224.00 includes Custom BBQ: 60"x26"x36" hardwood cabinet with a wood panel exterior, 28" stainless steel drop in wood/charcoal grill, stainless refrigerator. Sealed granite or stainless countertop. 

Paver Patio: $18.00 per foot 

$6438.00 install pavers to match the front of the house. (355sf) 

Fireplace 

$4654.00 includes circular stone fireplace with gas line. This includes labor and materials. 

Drafting, design, permit application fee  $1000.00
