Deck Restoration

456 square feet of redwood 2 x 6 decking to be sanded and stained. 

$2.50 per square foot = $1208.40 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above,board by board inspection (replacement at additional linear foot price) tightening loose boards,  mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse,
stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

New stairs and railing 

$750.00 includes installation of 6' wide stairs and grip rail on outer edge of deck. This includes labor and materials. 

Total bid: $1958.00 + substructure repair 

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
