Restoration 

676 square feet existing deck (not to be replaced): $4.25 per square foot = $2873.00 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Board replacement

TBD @ $6.00 per foot includes removal of split or rotted deck boards, installation of blocking as needed, installation of new redwood stained on 5 sides prior to installation then sanded and stained after installation. Pending measurements and customer approval. 

Total job $2873 -10% fall discount = $2585.00 + board replacements.  This includes labor and materials. 

We require 50% deposit to start work. 

Mainteennance after 12, then every 18-24 months @ $845.00. This includes labor and materials.
