Decking 3 options:
Restoration
$2,015.90 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor.
(Maintenance at $503.00 after 12 then every 18-24 months)
New decking:
$8,637.75 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of Trex Select decking in your choice of color with hidden fasteners. This includes labor and materials.
$11,055.75 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of Trex Transcend decking in your choice of color with hidden fasteners. This includes labor and materials.
We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
