Maintenance

$1,083.60 includes pressure wash to clean, furniture moving one way, acid wash, staining and wiping. This includes labor and materials. Recommended after 12, then every 18-36 months depending on deck's exposure.This is an optional service not inluded in the original contract.

Post and Rail Replacement

$1,900.00 includes removal and replacement of two failing rail posts and one horizontal rail log

Total job:  $2,983.60

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
