New composite deck  

$25,964.00 includes Approximately 450 square foot deck installation includes installation of new deck with concrete footing, pressure treated framing and composite decking  (Trex transcend tropical Havana Gold main body and similar) installed with hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor. This is based on concept provided by customer. 

Benches

$2,086.00 includes approximately 25 feet of bench seating with no back and matching composite bench top with wood frame. This includes materials and labor. This is pending final design. 

$1,335.04 for extra bench in final design.

Planters

$2,317.00 includes 7 planter boxes build with pressure treated lumber and cedar with metal accents. This is pending final design. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $31,702.04 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to start design and remainder of 50% within 2 weeks of start. 

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. 

Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.  We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.

High end: Trex Transcend
