Beam replacement

$4,882.50 includes bracing deck, removal and disposal of existing beam, installation of new steel vertical posts and 5 x 12" glue lam. This includes labor and materials. This does not include modifications to dry space system.

Total job: $4,882.50 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
