Restoration

$3.50 per square foot = $1890.00. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials. 

Redwood

$11.50 per square foot = $6210.00 includes tear out and disposal of existing redwood 2 x 6 deck boards, coated decking screws, top fasteners, stain and stain prep materials, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck.

Composite

$13.50 per square foot = $7290.00 includes composite decking material installed with hidden fasteners, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck. Add $5.00 per square foot for trex transcends or similar.

Extension with decking

85 square feet @ $26.00 per square foot = $2210.00 includes installation of sub-structure to match existing construction including footings joists beams and posts. Installation of decking. This includes materials and labor.
