Replace logs

$1,161.35 Replace 3 5" horizontal logs and 2 vertical log (rear fence), additional. Stain with 2 coats satin log oil. This includes materials and labor.

Touchup on garage doors

$450.20 includes restaining garage doors on weathered areas. This includes labor and materials

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
