Replace deck
$18,282.69 includes removal and disposal of existing deck, installation of new deck including support posts, installation of 1 new footing, inspectioun of other footings, installation of new beams, joists and decking using composite decking in Trex Enhance or similar. This includes materials and labor. Bid may change if we have to do additional footings.
Railing
$3,985.47 includes installation of powder coated steel railing with steel posts. This includes materials and labor.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Least expensive: Trex Select
Mid range: Trex Enhance, Timbertech evolutions terrain
High end: Trex Transcend
Total job: $22,268.16 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable.
We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
2.75% charge for credit card (in person)
3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
