$20,320.40 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new decking using composite decking with hidden fasteners and square edge perimeter in contrasting color using Trex Enhance or Timbertech Earthwood Evolutions. Installation of rain escapes and gutter to shed water and tongue and groove cedar soffit below. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural work such as joist replacement.

$21,923.26 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new decking using composite decking with hidden fasteners and square edge in contrasting color using Trex Transcend or Transcend Tropical or similar high end composite in Timber Tech or Evergrain. Installation of rain escapes and gutter to shed water and tongue and groove cedar soffit below. This includes materials and labor. This does not include structural work such as joist replacement.
Rock bases
$1,980.00 includes bracing of deck, cutting existing vertical columns (2) to 36" above cement pad, installation of rock column using stone to match exising stone on house with horizontal cap and pyramidal shape. This includes labor and material.
Stairs
$4,540.26 includes removal of existing stairs and lower landing, installation of new stairs using solid stringer and treads with steel angle brackets. installation of new smaller lower landing, reinstallation of railing.
Membrane
$11,658.00 includes removal of existing decking, installationm of plywood subfloor, installation of decking membrane using adhesive and heat welds. This includes materials and labor based on basic membrane.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
