New deck raised up to back door height: $12,320.00 includes, 3 footers, ledger on garage and house, pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of cumaru 1 x  6 with trim head stainless steel screw counter sunk, stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint. 2 Steps down from garage, 3 extra steps down to driveway.  This includes labor and materials. 

Bench 

16 feet bench (cumaru) = $2,208.00 this include construction of bench with back with cumaruin corner of 12 x 16 extension. Staining included. 

Railing

$1,065.41 includes 12 feet railing with black welded steel panels in black or antique bronze with cumaru cap and 4 x 4 post. This includes labor and materials. 

Engineering, permitting: 

Structural engineering (estimated $300.00-$500.00), actual permit cost (estimated $300.00)

Total job:  $15,593.41 + engineering and permitting. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% to begin design, engineer, draft. 30% within 2 weeks of construction, payment in full upon completion.
