Stairs: 

$7,803.75 includes new stairs off existing deck to grade.  This includes materials and labor. GLB tread and stringers. Railing in timber frame to match existing. 

Cedar Facing Over Foundation Wall: 

$2196.25 for cedar wood facing pressure treated sleepers with concrete anchors, cedar 1"x6" pre-stained stainless steel fasteners to outside of existing foundation wall below main deck, outisde of garage on sides and front. This includes material and labor. 

Total job $10,000.00 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
