Approximately 603 square feet of decking to be sanded and stained.  $4.65 per square foot = $2,803.95 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Total job: $2,803.95  

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
