$7059.00 for Feeney cable railing components and custom steel rail posts (click here to view cable components) (click here to view railing with custom steel posts and horizontal hardwood 1 x 6) This includes materials and labor.

Stairs:

$1,776.30 includes modification of stairs to drop landing to even rises on upper span, installation of new stairs on lower span with even rise. Installation of 2 new stringers on existing stairs. Installation and painting of cedar risers on all stairs. This includes materials and labor.

Total job $12,770.30

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
