Remodeling of Existing Back Deck

$6,297.00 includes removal and disposal of existing deck and new Trex Select composite decking installed with hidden fasteners. This includes materials and labor.

Extension of Back deck

$8,421.00 includes a 5 foot extension for installation of new Trex Select composite decking and adequate substructure to accommodate a hot tub, as well as installation of new concrete footings, house ledger, joists and GLB beam. This includes materials and labor. (Pending Design)

Concrete Pad

$2,310.00 includes framing and pouring of concrete pad to fit and support hot tub with rebar. This includes use of a pump truck. This includes materials and labor.

Bench

$1,562.00 includes framing and building a deck attached to the top side of the deck along the side of the deck near the duplex neighbors. This includes material and labor.

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost.

$18,560.00 for Trex Select composite + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials.

*Unless previously specified, our scope of work ends with what is on our bid, and any issues we run into under the ground line, is unknown, such as sprinkler systems, plumbing and electrical. Therefore, we cannot assume a dollar value, and anything we run into will not be apart of the bid and you will be invoiced.

We require 50% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
