$969.00 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Stain railing, facing and vertical posts to ground

$1,232.00 includes clean and stain railing in semisolid stain in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor.

 Total job: $2,201.00 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
