New deck based on plan provided by customer includes, 5 footings, glb support beam, double 2 x 8  pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware, installation of cumaru 1 x  6 with trim head stainless steel screw counter sunk, stained on 5 sides, sanded and acid washed, translucent staining.  This includes labor and materials. 

Engineering, permitting: 

Structural engineering (estimated $300.00-$500.00), actual permit cost (estimated $250.00)

Total job:  TBD + engineering and permitting. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% to begin design, engineer, draft. 30% within 2 weeks of construction, payment in full upon completion.
