 New beam 

$1500.00 includes jacking of deck, installation of GLB 12" x 3" beam. $850.00 for additional pier if needed. This includes labor and materials. 

Window well area 

$2286.00 includes framing and ledger in area around window well, decking and removeable window grate for exit from bedroom flush with decking. 

Extension 

$3464.00 includes installation of cantilevered extension on outer edge of deck coped to existing rock wall using redwood 2 x 6 sanded and stained. This includes materials and labor. 

Restoration

Approximately 665 square feet at $3.85 per square foot = $2560.25. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials. 

Total bid: $9810.00 includes all materials and labor. This does not include additional pier under deck along house. 

Maintenance on deck $1.45 per square foot = $964.25 after 12, then every 18-24 months 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
