New Deck

$20,460.00  includes installation of new deck with steel reinforced concrete footings, galvanized hardware, pressure treated framing, decking with tigerwood or cumaru.  This  includes materials and labor. Add $2000.00 for Ipe. 

New Railing

$8,627.50 includes installation of new railing. See railing railing options below. Wire mesh with rough timber to match upper side deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Stairs

$3,330.00 includes installation of new stairs according to engineering. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $32,417.50

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks prior to start, remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

Installation process:

Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.  We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral

This bid is a lump sum quote. We usually buy extra materials for each job then return what we don't use. Any extra materials we may purchase are the property of Deck Stylists until used on the job itself.
