$6,903.13 includes installation of composite deck using pressure treated framing bearing on concrete slab, Timbertech Ashwood decking using hidden fasteners and square decking with top screws on outer perimeter and step. 1 step down on 3 sides of deck. Facing in Timbertech or cedar. This includes materials and labor. This is pending site visit with customer.

Installation process:

Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.

Total job: $6,903.13 This is subject to final design. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
