Replace stairs
$9,457.13 includes removal and disposal of existing wooden entry way including decking and sub structure. Installation of new structure using existing footings, house foundations and retaining wall. Installation of new landings, treads, and vertical risers using Trex Transcend tropical decking or similar quality in different brand. This includes materials and labor. This does not include footings or other concrete work.
Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Total job: $9,457.13 + actual engineering and permit cost.
We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
