3 at $650.00 each = $1950.00 includes jacking and supporting of deck and roof covering deck cutting deck posts to approx. 18" above lower patio surface, installation of 16" concrete footer over existing footer with rebar, fabrication of custom elevated post base, notched and through bolted see drawing.
1 @ $2000 includes removal of large log column, installation of new column and pier with custom bracket to attach to glue lam. This includes materials and labor.
Rail cap (horizontal log on top of metal panel)
3 @ 165.00 each = $495 includes removal and disposal of rail cap logs, fabrication and installation of new peeled log rail cap.
Post caps
$85.00 each = $680.00 includes fabrication and installation of post caps with 1.5" lip welded. Existing log rail notched to fit. Left to rust (no finish).
Railing and facing staining
68 feet $11.00 per foot = $748.00 includes pressure washing, alkaline stripping to remove weathered wood, staining insemi-solid stain to match existing tint in weathered areas, brushedon.
Deck = 555 square feet
Restoration:
$3.25 per square foot = $1803.75 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding
to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes all materials and labor.
Maintenance on deck @ $1.25 per square foot after 12 then every 24-36 months = $693.00
Additional Redwood board replacement at $6.00 per linear foot.
