$17,435.88 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new composite decking on top of existing membrane. This includes materials and labor. 

Basic powder coated steel railing

$7,466.40 includes powder coated steel railing with metal posts. Comes in black or bronze. This includes materials and labor. 

Replacing Existing Stairs: 

$2,542.52 includes new stair treads on existing framing.  Mid Range composite treads.  This includes materials and labor. 

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job $27,444.80+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
