$13.00 per square foot = $6552.00 includes removal and disposal of existing joists and beam, installation of new joist and beam using GLB beam and pressure treated joists with galvanized hangers. This includes materials and labor. 

Installation of new 2 x 6 redwood 

$13.00 per square foot = $6552.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, prestaining on 5 sides of each board prior to installation, installation using coated decking screws, orbital buff sanding to remove mill glaze and scuff marks, acid wash, pressure wash to clean dust and surrounding areas, This includes cedar facing across front beam of deck. application of translucent penetrating oil decking stain.  
Composite

$15.00 per square foot  ($7560.00) and high end for $19.00 ($9576.00) includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new composite decking using hidden fasteners.  This includes cedar or composite facing on outer beam of deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Stair

4' stair $220.00 to grade level 

22' stair $1430.00 to grade level
